Now that my time at Skyline Lofts has come to an end, I want to give a full review of my experience!

By far, this was the most painless apartment experience I've ever had, and I've lived in quite a few corporate-owned apartments. From touring to move in, and even move out, it was always very smooth, and the team was super communicative.

You can't beat the location for the price. You're perfectly nestled between RoRo and the entertainment district. AZ Center is popping off too. It's definitely one of the best value apartments downtown. There are sooo many different unit styles I saw while living here, but they were always spacious and modern. Those lofted ceilings are amazing.

The staff truly made a difference. Everyone in the leasing office was always willing to help and make your experience better. Maintenance was speedy and efficient.

Now for other random pros & cons:

    Pros:
    – The POOL. Great spot to hang and connect with neighbors (if you want)
    – Super thick walls between units, rarely heard my neighbors
    – Free guest parking (although the paper passes were sometimes inconvenient) and usually never full
    – Gym was always pretty empty even though it's small

    Cons:
    – There are a lot of dogs (love), but not a lot of cleaning up after them when they "go" around the complex…very stinky summer days
    – Either one or both elevators would break down often
    – Just with trash and stuff, sometimes the hallways and shared spaces would be a little gross

I'd totally recommend Skyline if this style of apartment living is your vibe!

Living at Skyline is the absolute BEST!! You can’t beat the location. It’s walkable to all the downtown favorites like Chase Field, Roosevelt Row and the Suns Stadium. The staff at Skyline are also seriously amazing! They care about you and remember your name. The community events they throw and extra details like adding floatys to the pool, make living here so much fun!

The actual apartments are very cool if you want a downtown city feel! I’ve had no issues since moving in. The AC works great and the bills are low. All my neighbors I’ve gotten to meet are very nice! The maintenance and repair team are always around to help if I had a question.

Love love love it here!! :))

Skyline Lofts, located at 600 N 4th St in the heart of downtown Phoenix, offers a sophisticated urban living experience with an industrial-chic vibe. The studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments feature stunning 10-foot exposed concrete ceilings, sleek maple cabinetry, modern kitchen islands, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Residents love the high-end finishes, in-unit laundry, and private balconies perfect for enjoying city views. The community shines with amenities like a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, and a cybercafe for remote workers. Its prime location, with a Walk Score® of 94, puts you steps from Arizona State University’s downtown campus, Roosevelt Row Arts District, and hotspots like Chase Field. The pet-friendly policy and attentive staff add to the appeal, though some note parking can be tight. With rents starting at $1,410, Skyline Lofts delivers a vibrant, upscale lifestyle for urban professionals.
