This review is primarily for the hotel's AV & front desk teams. I was contracted to perform at this venue for a corporate event & the AV team (including Trey and Jacob) helped elevate my production to a level that told me it would be an amazing night (and it was). Their intuitive timing & expert precision were highly appreciated. If you ever get to work with them, you're in phenomenal hands. The front desk team (including Max, Cameron and Tom B) were professional and provided me with insight on Valet, room charges, benefits (ex: room service) and promptly attended to me whenever I requested anything. I hope these individuals receive the recognition they deserve by corporate for their promptness and overall professionalism. As far as rooms go, they're a bit small and they messed up my reservation (similar to another reviewer) and put me in a single king bedroom (when my client assured me they secured a 2 queen bedroom per my request). They claimed to be fully booked and unable to help. Still, the room itself did its job and was very clean looking/smelling which was nice.

We were in town for a happy occasion- to adopt our new baby! We weren’t 100% sure how many nights we would need to book, and ended up needing to extend by another night. The hotel staff was immediately accommodating and gave us our previous room back right away. They even left us a complimentary bottle of bubbly in our fridge!

The hotel location is perfect, right downtown and easy to walk many places and a super quick

Stayed 3 nights for a convention. Rooms were very clean and nicely updated. The room staff are very friendly. You can’t walk by anyone without being greeted everywhere you go. Close to some nice dining experiences as well. Parking garage was conveniently attached to the hotel. Getting around was easy.
