I enjoyed three days here at the Renaissance. Known for quality feature, this hotel offers great service and design.
BRITANIA offered excellent front desk service a few times.
As a long time Marriott BonVoy member, I got an upgrade to a suite and lounge access. SANDY in the lounge provided friendly service
The main restaurant breakfast buffet had everything from Local sausage, crisp bacon, eggs and pancakes and waffles to order.
The lounge offers a smaller version of delightful buffet with yogurt Fruit, fresh fruit, canned drinks, coffee, teas. The view from the 12th floor lunge overlooks the riverfront area
My room was clean, spacious, with lsitying area and 2 TVs In room safe, iron. Bathroom includes a bathtub and walk in shower with amenities. CAROLINe, APRIL, and NIEWE provided great housekeeping
Accessible restrooms in lobby with 2 grab bars and 5ftx 5 ft space
The front doors on the hotel are extremely heavy
Van accessible Valet parking or parking by app on street

The plumbing/water temperature was irregular. The bathroom vanity was dirty and run down. The pillows were too old flat and squishy. Some lofty firm foam feather free pillows would be a nice option. The view was nice of the river. The pool deck has a walking/running track on the 8th floor which was amazing and very safe. I didn't have time to visit the spa.

I went to the professional agricultural workers conference at this site. I was in a suite room which was beautiful. Completely spotless, nicely arranged, and an amazing view I was on the ninth floor overlooking the river. I love the fact that they had a bathtub and a separate shower. The conference area is huge and I also learned from walking around it is the site of the performing arts center. I usually do not eat in hotel restaurants, but this one was very good. The waitstaff are super kind and accommodating.
At night they have amazing musicians play.
And all around fantastic place to stay, if you're in the area. I hope I get to come back one day.
