Our stay at The Lattice Inn was perfect from start to finish! Jim took our reservation by phone for the Magnolia Suite. He was in constant contact prior to arrival, and check-in went very smoothly. The property is lovely, as is the Magnolia Suite! Jim offered restaurant and activity suggestions; we thoroughly enjoyed the Capital Oyster Bar and all that Montgomery has to offer, particularly the rich Civil Rights history. We arrived back to fresh-baked banana bread as an evening treat…so nice! The delicious gourmet breakfast in the morning, along with great conversation, was such a good start to a new day. Hats off to Jim, and to Montgomery, for your gracious, warm welcome…we'll be back 🙂

Great, Quiet, Private, very neat and clean place
But my friends recommend to the owner to have his two cats stay caged upstairs in their living quarters. And I will have candles lit for the outside for bugs. These are two easy fixes.
Other than that the guests are going to be amazed. If you like to relax, and if you are a book reader. You will enjoy. The owner is a very good host. He lets you know everything upfront no hidden details.

We needed a B&B on short notice and found this welcoming of all little inn. It is wonderful and Jim is a perfect southern gentlemen; as well as a wealth of knowledge. The place is very close to great eateries and the wonderful Pine Bar. And only 8 minutes at th most of everything that is downtown. We will definitely return.
