The base rental is $2,000 for a wedding of up to 100 guests, with the venue available from 1 PM to midnight. Parties of up to 115 guests can be accommodated for an additional $1,000 (a $3,000 total venue cost). Pricing is set by the venue.
The venue can provide up to fifteen 6-foot rectangular tables for an additional $5 each; chair rental is arranged through an outside vendor. There is one single-person ADA-accessible restroom on site; for larger parties a portable restroom or restroom trailer is rented in (these park in the adjacent city lot, with water and electricity provided).
Parking is in the city lot next door on a first-come, first-served basis; with larger guest counts and summer boat traffic, ride-sharing is encouraged. Events require supplemental liability insurance, available through a vendor for under $200. Tours are available on request.
