The Director's Club cinema was great. The chairs were really comfy and can be repositioned via buttons. They could do better with staff behaviour though. There were a bunch doing chismis when customers are waiting to be served, And i wish they'd send the food over well before the movie starts. It felt almost chaotic. I guess i expected more considering the price.

It was our 1st movie in the New SM City Iloilo Cinema. We watched The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3. We enjoyed the 2 and a half hour movie because the seats are comfortable and wide, and the Dolby sounds were vibrant. We watched at Cinema 3, which has a large screen as compared to Cinema 1, but on the same rate P290/person. There is one free bottled water per tkt. They allow outside food but they also have a popcorn station. I should have brought my jacket with me because the AC was very cold. All in all the our movie experience was great. We felt like we were back in Dubai: )

Unfortunately Zootopia and Fnaf 2 are no longer showing… Wdym Fnaf was only streaming for around 10 days???? What about the students who still have school and can't watch the movie 😭😭😭😭
