Staying at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel was an exceptional experience. The luxurious ambiance, combined with the stunning views of Manila Bay, made for a truly memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The dining options were superb, with a diverse array of cuisines at the Spiral buffet, ensuring a delightful culinary journey.

The hotel’s amenities, including the beautiful lagoon-style pool and the world-class spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to cultural landmarks and shopping centers.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The food served at the buffet and even the food we ordered for the room service is very tasty. Some of the rooms we booked had broken lights, some parts of the hotel needs renovation. But, overall, it was still a good experience.

The sea view is gone. When you look outside, it's like a giant litterbox. We had booked this months ago, not knowing what happened to the area. Thankfully it's beside Seascape Village so there are options for dining and hanging out (unfortunately, this was affected by the reclamation, too).

Thankfully the room we got had city view. It's nice and cozy, complete facilities, but in dire need of update. The furniture look so dated, too! You could actually go for the classy, vintage feel, but it's not it.

I was surprised that check-in and check-out were fast despite the line. Staff were efficient, highly accommodating, and very polite. The people are one of the best parts of the hotel.

Another is Spiral. It still retained its quality, and now they're portioning (staff will assist you), which I think is good, so that you can experience the entire buffet by not stuffing yourself too early.

There are a lot of free amenities you can enjoy. Unfortunately, we weren't able to experience them all as we had a personal emergency that had us checking out super early.
