I rented for two years here and had a great time, so much, that now I'm a proud owner in the building, Management is the best, always supportive and expedite, front desk and staff in general very friendly make me feel I'm home.

10000000% the best choice I ever made buying apartment in this building. The most friendly stuff ever, amazing management. I live there 5 years and I never ever had problem with nobody not even once. The most friendly security, but they are very safe to protect the residents. Calm neighbors, clean building, occupied mostly with professionals, doctors, lawyers and people with career. I could not really think about one thing that would bother me about living there… we also have amazing ocean views, amazing location next to grocery stores, cvs, restaurants, bayside… parking lot is half block away. Don’t think twice to move here !!!

I shopped around a lot when I moved to Miami. I am so glad to be in Loft 1. I love the staff! Super friendly and helpful. I feel cozy and tucked away in the middle of the city. The zen entryway puts me in a great mood leaving the building or coming home after work
