This is a quaint little artist shop in the center of downtown San Antonio. The owner makes most of the merchandise he sells, and it is reasonably priced. He has some very unique pieces that are worth the look.

My wife and I decided to visit the Pearl Brewery and stroll down the San Antonio River. We stopped in at Starbucks on Houston Street and visited the Majestic to see what was playing. As we continued on we encountered an Artglass Gallery. Amazing it was still opened after 6 pm we entered and was greeted by the owner Phillip. He is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The gallery offers one-of-a-kind glass lighting, jewelry, artists hand ornaments & sculpture pieces. The gallery is gorgeous, as they carry many great pieces. We were informed that he also carries beautiful Menorah’s although they were out as Chanukah was just celebrated last month, but he took the time to pull up a few on line distributors while we visited. They were amazing one of a kind Menorah’s and the Jewish Artist is well-known. We purchased a handmade ornament. The ornament’s glass contains ash from the 1980 Mt. St. Helens eruption (the glass is amazing in color) and I can’t wait for Menorah’s to arrive. It is fabulous place to purchase a unique gift for someone special or something to spruce up your own space. I suggest if you are a visitor or live in San Antonio that you take time to visit the gallery.
