My husband and I came in need of an apartment ASAP, and though it was very busy on Sunday , Makayla Browning- came out of her way and was quick and efficient. Not only that but when I tell you, we were in need of an apartment- she made the approval in less than an hour! Gave us all the details, answered all of our questions, and helped us feel right at home! This is the place to be! Loved it!!

Coming back to edit, management is working on resolving previous issues Maintenance has been amazing and always on time! Contacting the office/management is a hit or miss! And to pay outrageous rent and experience this “block party”, where people are paying to enter into an apartment complex pool was over the top…… thought I had found somewhere I could be for awhile and resign but given the experience thus far I’m disappointed .

For those thinking about renting in this complex, don’t do it. You will regret it with the current management. This place has gone downhill completely, starting with the terrible customer service and total lack of respect towards tenants.

I’ve been living here for three years; the first two years were under the old management, which was way better. Since the new management took over, everything has gone from bad to worse.

If you have dogs, forget it. The dog park fence has been broken for a long time and they never fixed it, which allows people from outside the complex to come in. Because of this, there have been multiple car break-ins, broken windows, and even people entering the buildings through the windows.

On top of that, they allow pool parties where people from all over show up – not residents, but outsiders. The mess and chaos are terrible, and management does absolutely nothing.

Cleanliness is also neglected. The complex used to be clean, but now there’s trash everywhere. Supposedly they have staff working daily, but clearly, they don’t do their job.

Security is a joke. They claim to have patrols and cameras, but they are useless. When I went to complain, the office staff told me “what do you expect, you live on Steltzer Road”. And their attitude? Literally “I don’t care, I don’t care”. One of them even told me I could keep talking until 5 pm if I wanted, because she didn’t care at all.

I have photos and videos of everything I’m saying here. I even sent them by email to management, and what did they do? Nothing.

I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out. When I first moved here, it was a nice complex with good service and maintenance, but not anymore. Many of my neighbors have already left for the same reasons.

So if you’ve read this far, let me be clear: do not rent here.
• Don’t do it if you don’t want to be disrespected and treated poorly by management.
• Don’t do it if you don’t want your car broken into or your apartment targeted.

This place is simply not worth it anymore.
