Our stay at Hotel Blake was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I was immediately impressed by their attention to detail; they perfectly honored our booking request for a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator, placing us in a quiet and spacious corner unit on the top floor.
One of the standout features was their modern communication. Shortly after check-in, we received a welcome text, which became an incredibly convenient way to ask questions throughout our stay. They were so proactive that they even sent a mid-stay survey to ensure everything was going well.
Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond. They didn't just answer questions—they proactively offered helpful dinner suggestions and made us feel truly welcome.
We were aware that the hotel was undergoing some construction, but it had absolutely no impact on our stay. We heard no noise and saw no inconvenience at all, which speaks to their excellent management.
The location is fantastic, situated within easy walking distance of numerous great restaurants, coffee shops, and the Loop station, making it an ideal base for exploring Chicago. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, service was great and the rooms were perfect. We got a king size room and a suite. Both were clean and beautifully decorated. The only negative I would say is the beds are a little firm and the pillows are like a bag of rocks. Would come back again but if I do I would bring my own pillows or buy some.

Staff was fabulous. Everyone was so friendly and committed to making sure we had a great time, especially the concierge staff like Showtime. The room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were perfect. Everyone in my group was very happy with our stay. A big thanks to the friendly people at Hotel Blake!
