Rob and Sue are fantastic hosts. I recently head the please of staying in the hotel and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations in very way. From the moment you walk into the door you can see the care that went into creating the space.

The staff was attentive and friendly making sure guests had a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10

Super cute and comfortable! We stayed in one of the petite rooms with a double bed, which was excellent. I have back problems and every bed other than my own gives me soreness when I wake up. This one did not! The room was quaint and clean with no smell and a nice bathroom.

The hotel occupies three heritage buildings. The main entrance has a lovely but small lobby with a nice sitting room and a small breakfast lounge. The staff were super accommodating, allowing us to store our suitcases in a room there in the morning (we caught a red-eye flight into Halifax landing at 7:15 am) and then put our room on priority cleaning for an early check-in. We were very grateful for this after a sleepless night on the plane.

I gave 4/5 stars on location because it is off on one side of the downtown rather than centrally located, meaning many things could be quite a walk, but the location itself is quiet and pleasant with nearby attractions like the public gardens. A good place to stay if you’re catching the train as well.

Lovely stay in the heart of Halifax. Close to the waterfront and many restaurants, cafes and more. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Parking was included in the back of the hotel.
