I've been living in this apartment building for a few months now, and I must say it's been a delightful experience. From on-boarding to finally being able to call my unit my home, I been blessed to have found this place. Marlene with the management team is top-notch; she is not only friendly and available but also incredibly efficient. She is a kind person that will go above and beyond to deliver a phenomenal living experience. Any issues that arise are addressed promptly and swiftly, which is a huge huge plus for me. Specifically, when I had troubleswith the wardrobe or my fob- it was fixed so quickly that it barely caused any inconvenience. The property is ALWAYS clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to come home to. Another fantastic perk is having access to public transport right in front of the building, along with Trader Joe's and a bunch of food, shopping and bars within WALKING distance. It's incredibly convenient for grocery shopping and had become a part of my daily routine. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my living experience here and would highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free home.
