We’ve been coming here for years and it’s been excellent the whole time. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the food is always delicious.
When my partner was sick (the reason we were in Rochester), the flank steak salad was one of her favorite things. For all I know it helped her heal, who knows. It definitely didn’t hurt though.
Their mac’n’cheese is excellent as well. The nachos are also really tasty. The burgers are great. I can’t comment on the dessert and drinks, but the desserts always look delicious.

Had dinner at The Loop Monday evening. The decor was stylish, the ambiance was relaxed, and although I suspect we are a little older than the target demographic, we felt welcome.Tyra provided great service – she was very friendly, made recommendations and was attentive without being intrusive. We ordered sandwiches (prime rib and sesame tuna) and they were both cooked perfectly and plated nicely. The Winter Spritzer was an excellent surprise! We try to visit new restaurants each time we visit Rochester, but will put this on the list for a repeat visit.
