We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect close to everything and so convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. We especially loved the amenities, particularly the pool and sauna.
The shuttle service was a fantastic bonus and made getting around so easy. Dan was incredibly attentive and gave us great recommendations!

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club is a great option if you want to stay right in the heart of downtown Madison with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The location alone makes this hotel worth considering, especially if you plan to explore the Capitol area on foot. The building has a classic, upscale feel while still being comfortable and welcoming.
The lobby is spacious and well maintained, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful whenever questions came up. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice layout and plenty of space to relax. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt calm and well cared for.
The Governor’s Club adds an extra touch of convenience with complimentary snacks, beverages, and breakfast options, which is a nice perk. Having access to an on-site pool and restaurant also makes the stay more convenient, especially after a long day.
Overall, this hotel offers a solid balance of comfort, location, and value. I would definitely recommend it for business trips, weekend getaways, or anyone wanting to stay downtown.

Our stay here was great, hotels location is so close to everything. Short walk to Capitol if you plan on going there.

The room was perfect. Didn't utilize the pool or hot tub but they both were decently sized.

We did visit the bar and everything we ordered there was more then perfect. Food was great, drinks were top notch.

They make a great whisky sour according to the fiancé.
