Airsupply had their 50th anniversary and had a concert over the weekend 05/03 and when we arrived it was super crowded but the magic city casino employees did outstanding in being polite and directing patrons to the lines. I loved the safety they took with checking and we entered pretty much fast. Inside the casino was busy again with people however I was pleased that for the concert again we went try the ticketing process. We reached our seats just in time and the band started promptly at 8pm. Was fantastic,sound was amazing sitting at the P6 level.I would definitely be back again for another event if it's always like this

The Seminole Hard Rock Casino is one of those places that hits you with energy the second you walk in. Everything feels big, loud, bright, and alive. The casino floor is huge, and there’s always something going on — slot machines everywhere, tables packed, people cheering, music playing. Even if you’re not a big gambler, the vibe alone makes it fun to be there.

The actual setup is nice and modern. The lighting, the décor, the layout — it all looks upscale without trying too hard. The dealers and staff are usually pretty friendly, and the tables move at a good pace. If you like poker, the poker room is one of the cleanest and best-run in South Florida.

Outside the casino, the Guitar Hotel steals the show. At night the lights, the reflections, the laser show — it all makes the place feel like a mini Vegas. There are a bunch of restaurants inside too, from quick food spots to nicer sit-down places, so you never really run out of options.

Overall, the Hard Rock is a great place to spend a night out. Whether you’re gambling, eating, or just walking around enjoying the atmosphere, it delivers every time

Overall, my experience at Magic City Casino has been very positive. The staff is friendly and courteous—from the moment you walk in, all the way to the cleaning personnel—which creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

However, there is one area that could be improved: the attitude at the cafeteria. On several occasions, when paying with the Players Club card, I’ve noticed that some of the staff react with a negative attitude or unfriendly expressions. A smile or a more respectful approach would go a long way in maintaining the high level of customer service throughout the casino.
