From the moment you walk in this place they make you feel welcome. Caroline on reception was the apitome of hospitality and professionalism, and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. She made our trip memorable with just first class service. The location is perfect for a city centre location, and the spa is well furnished and added a fantastic additional touch to the stay. A very nice experience at this hotel. Its strongest point will be the inner pool and saunas pared with all masages types and gym. Room size its more then enough for a couple. Everything was clean and the staff were as well very friendly and helpful.
The week point i'll say it was the breakfast, but only because the buffet doesn't have a bigger variety of food, but in the same time its understandable because is a 3⭐️ hotel so its still respectable that they include a breakfast buffet with all the food for an english breakfast 🏆
