My entire experience from touring to moving into Mint 425 was stress free. I want to thank property managers Lashay and Richard for making my decision easy. I love the lobby and lounge areas so much as well as my new apartment home.

I have been living in Mint for more than 9 months now.. it's been a wonderful time here. Feels like home.
Special Shout-out to Staffs. The location is a big plus and luckily I got a good view of uptown from my balcony.
This place is neat and clean.
They have At least 3 events every month, which helps socialize.

We just toured this complex with Shianne, and we couldn’t be happier. We are completing the application process today. Shianne was an incredible guide, and the facility is a rare gem within Uptown. It is extremely clean and modern, and it checks every box that we had in mind. The unit will be for our mother-in-law, and we were pleased to know that some units offer accessibility accommodations.
