We would like to acknowledge the ‘ above and beyond’ service we experienced here. Due to hospitalization of my husband for 2 weeks,myself and multiple friends and family who visited were impressed with the ambiance, friendly staff, location,cleanliness and thier willingness to accommodate requests. The breakfast buffet,coffee and tea service,underground parking,cab availability, the microwave and fridge made life much easier during a difficult time for us. When asking for extra pillows, a larger fridge,an extra chair was immediately delivered we were impressed. Ryan, The manager went out of his way to make sure we had anything we needed. I have made the people at University Hospital aware of this wonderful service for others experiencing a need to be away from home ,7 minutes from the hospital,and the walking availability to many great restaurants. This is a wonderful hotel with suites. Very close to st Joseph hospital. Several restaraunts close enough to walk to are nearby. Updated rooms and ours has a tv sitting area with a desk and coffee station and a closed off king bedroom behind sliding doors. The vanity is in the closet vestibule area and the toilet and shower are separate from vanity and closed off. Nice when 2 occupants get ready at separate times. Medical rates if you book direct with hotel. Underground parking with security gate, that opens with the room card. There is an elevator from parking to the motel suites. Continental complimentary breakfast that we look forward to trying in the AM. Definitely a nice step up from traditional motel rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our hockey tournament weekend. The concierge desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel staff overall were friendly and accommodating, making our busy schedule a little easier to manage. Breakfast each morning was more than decent, with plenty of options to fuel up before heading to the rink. The suite was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone room to relax, and the bed was especially comfortable after long days at the arena. A solid choice for tournament travel, we’d happily stay again
