What an absolutely splendid surprise!! This is a super well run facility. The first thing I noticed was how sparkling clean everything is. The yoga gym floor is immaculately clean and so are the women’s washrooms. There are plenty of city programs for children and adults here and the best part is that there are spots available without being waitlisted. This is a fairly large facility with parkland, outdoor pool, tennis courts, park benches, a huge outdoor terrace and several activities rooms and gyms. Plenty of huge colourful windows let in an abundance of natural sunlight and offer beautiful ambiance for yoga and meditation. Also, there is plenty of free onsite parking and the building is accessible.

Staff was amazing, and whatever equipment you needed it was there for use. We rented the gym for my son's birthday.

Convenient. Clean. Friendly. I visited for the popup gold buyer clinic sponsored by the Byron Optimist Club. Didn't wait too long and walked out with some cash. A win.
