I've used this library all my life. The staff are always happy to help. It really came in handy when I was doing my diploma in photography because they have an awesome collection of historical photographs from the late 19th century and early 20th century. An art gallery is often on display too so if you've got some free time I'd recommend Darwen library to learn something new or even get inspired. Remember… Knowledge is power!

Regularly go with my children. You'll always find something worth reading plus there's always events on. Rhyme time, crafts etc, as well as activities for adults. Shame they reduced the opening hours.
