The room was very nice with a great view. The doorway into the bathroom was a little tight though so it was hard to get in with my crutches. The bed was so soft and comfortable. I didnt get up for breakfast in the morning, but my family did and said it was very good. So I can recommend eating in the in hotel restaurant. There were water bottles in the room and we got some when we checked in also which was really nice to have. The valet staff were very helpful in giving directions to check in. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel near the check in. I felt pretty safe in this hotel, you need to use your key to get the hotel to go up to the floors where the rooms are. Its in walking distance to Olympic Park and some nice restaurants. Highly recommend if you're in Atlanta.

The Westin Peachtree is hands down my favorite hotel in Atlanta. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, and the service is always top-notch.

What really makes this place special, though, is the people. If you’re lucky enough to have Lakendra Price check you in, you’re in for a treat. She has such a genuine way of making you feel welcome and will go out of her way to make sure everything about your stay is perfect. You don’t find that kind of care very often in the service industry.

As an Ambassador Elite who travels a lot, I can tell you this kind of hospitality is rare. The Westin Peachtree has it—and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I stayed at The Westin Peachtree Plaza from Sunday to Tuesday. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t quite measure up to my last stay.

The bathroom is very small, and the shower head and controls are poorly positioned — making it hard to get good water pressure and coverage. The bathroom towels were also extremely rough, almost as if they hadn’t been properly dried. On top of that, there were no coffee condiments or cups provided in the room for the morning, which was disappointing.

The furniture in the room is noticeably worn and really needs updating (see photos). Additionally, the outlets for charging electronics are either difficult to reach or lacking, which made it inconvenient to keep devices powered. For the price point, I expected the in-room experience to match the reputation of the hotel.

On a positive note, the view was beautiful and exactly what I paid extra for. However, I’d prefer to have both the view and the room amenities be equally enjoyable. A few updates and adjustments would make this property shine again.
