Really clean & comfortable room & breakfast was really nice. Hotel is located close to restaurants, and a few minutes ride from the royal inland hospital. Staff were very kind, I'll definitely be back

After our flight was canceled we found ourselves in a frustrating mood. After walking into the Plaza we were quickly put at ease. Including giving us an extra 3 hours to stay in the room after check out time. The staff was extra helpful arranging our ride back to the airport the following day. Thank you

Nice old hotel right in downtown. The family suite worked perfectly for our family of 4. Front desk is also quite friendly. Breakfasts is not recommended, quality of food is very poor. Location is very convenient however many homeless people loitering, which made us worried about parking our car in the open parking lot and felt we had to empty everything inside.
