I would give this hotel more stars if I could! I stayed here weekly for two months while traveling for work in Chicago, and it is hands down my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. After traveling almost weekly for three years, I don’t say that lightly.
The front desk team and valets are exceptional. Armando, Jose, and Andrew consistently went above and beyond. They always welcomed me by name, checked in on how my week was going, and made the chaos of work travel feel manageable. It’s rare to find a team that is not only professional, but genuinely kind.
The hotel itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Their warmth, consistency, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. I recommend this hotel to everyone I know visiting Chicago!

Beautiful 1929 Art Deco building, with stunning views. The original (linen) blueprints on display in the hotel corridors were a nice touch.
The rooms are very tastefully decorated and laid out. The staff were polite and helpful at all times. You can’t beat that view from the Up Bar too. Loved our stay and we’ll be back. The only minor note is that early-morning staff conversations outside guest bedrooms can carry, but we had a lovely restful stay.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had! The staff was amazing, the young man that worked the night valet was so polite and went above and beyond! The room was fantastic, lots of space and very comfortable. We will return for another stay for sure.
