Lovely, modern, and hip hotel. Comfortable bed and rooms that are well designed and offer great views. Rooftop has great views and music, weird hot tub on the top floor but it’s cool. The glass of the shower in the room doesn’t offer privacy so really only good for solo or couples.

Friendly staff, Johnny who handled our bags is great!

Perfect area in Chelsea, close to the Whitney museum and subway stations. Laundry service is good and the room service breakfast is great!

I particularly loved the elevators with the art videos.

More expensive than other hotels but you get what you pay for!

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. I love the aesthetic, it’s the main reason I chose this hotel. We stayed here during Christmas time and they had some nice decorations up. They were cute but not overwhelming. The staff was nice and helpful when we had questions. There was a staff member in the lobby who seemed to just be helping guests randomly with things like calling the elevator for them, answering questions, bringing them a caddy for their luggage, etc. I thought that was a simple yet intentional way to elevate the guest experience. The view from our room was beautiful, especially during golden hour. The bathtub could have been cleaner but that might be my only complaint. The location of the hotel was great, we walked everywhere the whole time! Walking distance from the famous Artichoke Pizza spot, and the Starbucks Reserve.

Exceptional service from the staff! Great view of the Hudson from our deluxe queen room. The design of the bathrooms sucked… the shower was tiny and got water everywhere, and it was hard to close the door to the toilet room without pinching your fingers… An otherwise minor complaint for a great overall experience!
