Decent amount of activities on the pass (20/30/35 dollar versions). My kids were busy enjoying the activities for about three hours when the place was nearly empty (school day).

Family had a great time. Came to celebrate my son's birthday. We didn't purchase a birthday package. We did the 2 hour tickets. We must of picked a lucky day to where it wasn't too packed. Lines weren't extremely long to wait. We had a great time. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff that ran the rides were okay, not very "happy". Their attitudes were just kind of meh.

To be honest this place is REALLY nice! It is clean and the activities are great. The rates for daily activities are steep, but okay for a day out.

However, we had a birthday there, and we spent over $700 just for the activities and arcade cards. No food or drink (or plates/cups/utensils/ice/napkins) included. The party room is for 1 hour, and there is no host. You’re totally on your own. The activity cards had $40 in credits, which lasted each kid about 20 minutes. The staff said they can’t answer questions about parties, and their phone line can no longer discuss parties. All of this is done through email.

I would take my kids here once in a while for a splurge day, but as far as a birthday goes, I would have definitely gone elsewhere if I knew how it was operated.
