A review of the homeless shelter: I couldn't be more greatful to you guys ❤️ I was out in the freezing cold with literally no car and almost no money. I have no idea what would have happened me without you. I feel so blessed you saved me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I just want you guys to knew how much you mean to people and it's alot.

Huge variety of clothing styles, brands, and quality, lots of fun to browse and stumble upon a great deal. The staff is friendly and it is too bad that they’ve had some theft incidences in the past. Overall a great store full of surprises. A bit if a hike from downtown La Crosse but still definitely a must-stop if you’re looking for discounted, thrift, or unique clothes and home goods.

I came for some emergency bill assistance and the food pantry. They have a free lunch and dinner every day. The burgers and fries this day were delicious. There is also a homeless shelter, church services on Sunday and a variety of services and classes to help people get back on they're feet, or to help them avoid homelessness. I have always been treated well here. I read other reviews from unhappy people, and I'm sorry they had bad experiences but the people that work here are people… Imperfect regular people who have their own problems, issues and moods. Sometimes if I feel that someone is jumping my case or dumping on me unfairly I ask them if they're having a bad day. Oftentimes this helps change the tone of the whole interaction. Nobody is perfect, if they were there would be no need for these kind of places. I am thankful there are places to go when we need it.
