Food is just amazing and authentic taste. The ratio and blend of spices made me nostalgic about homemmade food. The atmosphere is great, the server was nice. It's a must try place!

Great experience at this restaurant. One of the best Indian meals I have had. Lamb Rogan Josh was perfectly cooked and tender. Same goes for the Chicken Vindaloo. Just enough background taste of vinegar to give it a little tang as all good Vindaloo's should have. Good job.

Urban India is a lovely spot in Gaslamp! The service was incredible. I was undecided between two dishes, so the server explain both and helped me decide on the chicken Korma which was delicious!
The atmosphere was nice, clean, and welcoming. And above all, the prices were SO reasonable. I got a beer, naan, Chicken Korma, and rice for less than $30 (before tip)—a steal for Indian food!
Plus, having my favorite beer as a happy hour special was a bonus! I’d recommend to anyone!
