We stayed here for a conference this week. The stay was great. Concierge floor was excellent. Easy to navigate the hotel and conference rooms. The food during our convention was very good. It was a very walkable location to other restaurants or activities. The only hassle was all the construction, but definitely not the hotel's fault so we just dealt with it. Would definitely stay here again.

I've traveled quite a bit on business, and there are several recurring issues I seem to have, to some extent or another, with any hotels I use. This one didn't have them. What I mean is that: 1) It was not loud. During a busy weekend downtown, I didn't get woken up once to other guests outside my room. 2) The water situation was great; pressure was high, showers heated up immediately, and the tap water was great. 3) The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows; not too plush, not too stiff, and no low spots. 4) The room layout was great and light switches made sense; I didn't feel trapped in a maze when I needed to get up in the middle of the night. 5) The room HVAC was well done and modern; It didn't loudly crank on and then shut off (that would have disturbed my sleep, but no problem there), and I was able to crank it down to the upper 60s when I slept.

The only complaint I had was that the only light in the bathroom was a bright border light around the mirror. It was effective for getting ready, but blinding when used at night. I only even share this to illustrate how good the room situation was, as this is a stupidly minor complaint to bring forth.

The view was pretty great, too.

We had a great stay here! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, and the common areas were just as clean and inviting. The location is excellent—close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and attractions. Parking at the hotel itself was a bit tricky, but there’s a public garage just a short walk away, which worked out fine. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience that I’d happily recommend.
