Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed it. Rooms were spacious and great view of Lake Michigan.
Stella van Buren was a really good in hotel restaurant. Although dinner took a while, breakfast was phenomenal. Because this Westin doesn’t have a lounge or buffet breakfast, the vouchers that the front desk gives you covers an entire meal per person. Our server Dalip was great, constantly checking in and refilling water.

It was an amazing stay here. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The Staff was very helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to help us. I want to give a special shout-out to Elizabeth in the restaurant, absolutely amazing!

Overall a very good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was smooth, and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the amenities were solid. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that the room could have been more tidy when we arrived. If housekeeping attention to detail improves, this would easily be a five star experience.
