Really enjoyed my time at this hotel, as part of a recent conference.

Rooms, while mildly dated, were clean, large and have every amenity you’d need. The entire staff was super kind and quick to assist.

No lounge, but they do a great job of you have status with Marriott.

Plenty of coffee in the room and they gladly offered up more, any time I needed it.

Room service was fast, reasonably priced and very high quality.

It’s obvious that this hotel is managed very well and is a great deal for the price.

Very good business hotel, great location, and amazing staff. It’s so good, I have a hard time believing it’s part of the Marriott brand.

From the second we checked in, everything was amazing. Shannon at the front desk was absolutely FABULOUS — seriously one of the best hotel staff experiences I’ve ever had. She took the time to show us where to find the water and ice machines, gave great local food recommendations, and even explained the easiest (and free!) way to get to the game, complete with a map. On top of that, she walked us through how to link our Marriott Bonvoy account with other apps to earn more points. She went above and beyond!

The location couldn’t have been better — super close to the T, which made getting to and from the game so easy (and free!). The sports bar inside the hotel was awesome, so we didn’t even need to go out for dinner, and having a Starbucks right downstairs was such a nice bonus. Our room was the perfect size, super clean, and everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful.

Highly, highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great location for the convention center. Rooms are modern with comfortable bedding and ample space. Mini fridge in room but no microwave? Just a communal microwave in the lobby is a bit weird for even a low end hotel, let alone a Westin.
