Stayed here on NYE, and it is perfectly situated near the event venue we were attending that evening–also near a number of decent restaurants.
A large and generally well-appointed facility, it essentially occupies an entire block. Check-in was painless, there was never a wait for the elevators, and our room on the 37th floor was large and had a great view.
Bonvoy elite members also get a free grande coffee at the Starbucks within the lobby, which is nice after an evening of revelry.

I was a guest here a couple of weeks ago for a conference; I was there for a week.
The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is attentive. I had a weird experience of returning to my room to find that the shower gel that had been mounted to the shower wall had been removed. I had already been there for 5 days and wasn't checking out until the following Monday.
The food at Relish is very good. I had the Waygu Smash Burger (Twice). 5⭐️.
This hotel is very close to the Seattle Convention Center and the Pike Place Market, which I highly recommend.
The most problematic issue was the elevators in the North Tower. Each tower has 4 elevators. By Wednesday, only 2 of 4 elevators in the North Towers were working, and it took 15 to 40 minutes for the 2 working elevators to circle back to my floor, with enough room for the rest of us to enter. Even by Sunday, when most of our nearly 900 delegates had checked out, the elevators were still slow.

My room was inadequate. It was freezing even though I had the temperature set at 78 for almost 5 hours. Ended up having to move rooms. Had to go down to the lobby twice because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody on the phone using the service express button. The indoor pool wasn’t even warm enough to put my feet in. The self parking for one night was still $60. I can’t even imagine what the valet would cost. I spent $72 on a meal at the downstairs bar and I’ve had better food at Subway. I then was moved to a new room that smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in it. Then moved to a third room where I had to move the bed and box spring to reach an outlet. I thought this hotel would be a good experience based off of other reviews. The staff was amazing however. Very kind and made the situation right. That’s the only reason I give it 3 stars.
