I traveled from Cambridge to access support and arrived before 10am as previously advised. I was told spots were full and asked to return at noon. When I returned, I was then informed the office is on break from 12-1pm, which had not been mentioned earlier. This resulted in unnecessary waiting, and I was later told the next available time was 2:30pm. Clearer communication about the first-come-first-served process and daily capacity would save clients significant time and stress, especially those traveling long distances or managing childcare.
