Exceptional customer service, as they catered to our needs, especially for my brother who is in a wheelchair. Customer service was very friendly and helpful while we was there and tended to their duties professionally. We went to watch a movie there, and the picture/sound were terrific to hear and see. Overall satisfaction in my experience at Thunder Bay Community Auditorium is at a solid 5/5

Nice auditorium and theater venue. The Gal at the front desk is a sweet heart and all the staff are welcoming. Nice architecture for this facility. Many acts have played here…Alice Cooper, Ron White, Collective Soul, Monty Python just to name a few!
