What a great time with my wife and daughter! Wanted to check out the venue, as we had recently seen advertising on Facebook and it looked like so much fun.
Here is the experience from start to finish:
– Pulled up to the building on Queen St in Chatham. There are signs that can be clearly seen from the road. You won't miss it. The building is set in, from Queen Street in a small strip mall, with some medically related shops next door. Closer to Queen Street, a Fish and Chips Restaurant.
– Go through their main doors and you will find a beautiful wood bar that the attendants work behind. As there is more than just GellyBall at this venue (Axe Throwing, Pool Tables, Games, Party Rooms), the venue is broken out into dofferent sections.
– We made and paid for our reservation online as well as completing the waivers, making our Check-in process very efficient!
– The female attendant validated that we paid and completed the waivers, provided us with our helmets and weapons and thorough reviewed the rules and regulations of play. The attendent then escorted us to the arena floor.
– As you enter the arena floor, you are surrounded by black lights and neon-colored scenes line the walls. On the arena floor, there were 9 inflatable bunkers that you can hide behind as you act out your childhood fantasies of GI Joe :-). Dodging the orbeeze as they are blasted at you by those that are supposed to love you the most 😉 (Daughter and Wife). The Orbeeze used in the guns are the perfect solution! No ruining of clothes, due to paint balls. No welts when you are finished game play.
– For $12/person for 20 minutes of game play, with a minimum of 2 players, you can't go wrong with this great adventure that allows you to relive your childhood dreams of war and artillary combat, without the risks and dead bodies. A fun activity for family members, of all ages!

Took my daughter and her friends for her 15th birthday. They had a BLAST! Amazing staff and coaching made it an exciting time – an hour wasn’t enough. All the kids were having so much fun – I recommend 2 hours at least.
Thanks to the friendly staff that managed to get a group of teens having fun!

This was our first time out and we had a great time! The staff was extremely helpful with teaching how to throw the axe. The atmosphere was clean, modern and stylish. Kinda felt like we were on holidays and somewhere else 🙂
