Service – Ms. Zeny and Ms. Baby from reservation catered our almost never-ending queries! Be also mindful though if you might need additional room(s), have it settled a day or two thru bank transfer before checking-in.
Quality – one must set a clear expectation for getting the venue for prep and reception.
The place itself is relaxing enough to get you ready for your wedding day and easing enough for your reception. Whole resort is tranquil and unwinding – especially if you decided to have a 24 hour stay after your wedding – to rest. The venue has connecting rooms for the bride and groom and prep room is spacious enough to accommodate five HMUAs. Venue Victoria might be optimal for 70 – 80 pax, although 110 pax is also workable (which I think it’s limit) – this would depend on your caterer’s design and Coordination with your Head Coordinator.
Value – Definitely bang for the buck! We’ve managed to avail their promo price. Parking is spacious as well.

Parking is a bit of a problem, but if you have a few guests, it's totally fine. The venue place is small but clean and very well air-conditioned. Acoustics are good. Area is okay.
