This is not my first time staying at Vibe Hotel, and it will definitely not be the last. Every visit has been consistently pleasant, and this recent stay was no exception.

Ana was exceptional — warm, professional, and very attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her positive attitude and dedication to great service truly stood out.

Good hotel in the hussle and bussle of Orchard Road. We had a pleasant welcome from Ben at the Reception. Very kind and professionel. The room is a good sized place to lay your head down after a day of shopping and exploring. Nicely decorated and even free Nespresso cups with the machine. Good waterpressure in the shower. Only let down was the gym. Light weights and no bench. Overall good place and will come again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at VHSO. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and seamless.

A very special thank you to Ratana, who truly made our experience exceptional. She checked us in, kindly arranged an early check-in for us, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was how she greeted me and my family every single time she saw us — it made us feel genuinely valued and at home.

We would also love to mention Ana and Ben, who were so lovely during our check-out. They were warm, sweet, and made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival.
