Chef David & the rest of his team were amazing during our 1st ever cooking class at Vino. Chef David was funny, attentive, and easy-going! It was amazing seeing him handle so many people in the kitchen at once and being on top of the dishes. The food tasted amazing and my husband & I really had a great time.

We had a fantastic time at the pasta cooking class with David Anderson! His passion for cooking really came through, and we learned so much, from technique to flavor combinations. David’s recipes were absolutely delicious and easy to follow, making the experience both fun and rewarding.

One thing I especially appreciated was that David made sure I could fully participate by helping me make gluten-free pasta. It meant a lot to have that kind of accommodation and attention to detail.

The only hiccup was that the previous class ran over, so things started off a bit disorganized. It took a little while to get settled, which made the beginning feel a bit chaotic. That said, David handled it with grace and kept the energy upbeat throughout.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to sharpen their pasta-making skills!

We had a great time doing the Brunch in Burgundy cooking and wine pairing class! The food was delicious and we had a great time learning new recipes. Chef David was a lot of fun, too! Very knowledgeable and made the class approachable for everyone. The wine pairings were great and easily drinkable for all!
