The best about this hotel is the staffs are great, there was one time when I need to find my way to the gym, the security officer Yaneivys is kind enough to walk me all the way through multiple floors and car parks to the gym. I appreciate her go out of the way take me there. And yes, the gym here is not easy to access for business travelers, but it is very well equipped. There is a one improvement to the room that is the if there is a master light switch that would be great. A nice surprise is there is a microwave in the room for take away food. Very thoughtful. Pool and restaurant are great.

We stayed here back in March and had a wonderful experience. The front desk and the rest of the staff were super nice and welcoming. It was a special occasion, and we were moved to a junior suite that was beautiful. Two individuals at the front desk, both named Lucia, were excellent, as well as Melvin, who helped set up amenities and a kind note in the room upon our arrival. It made the stay really special for my wife and me. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!

Went here to hang out with friend who were staying here and we had a girls day! They have a very cute tea room upon entry, nice for taking a breather or reading a book away from tourists noise. The pool was very nice amd the rooms are decent. Nice location to visit!
