I would just like to mention the great service l got at the new unit yesterday. ( 20 th June 2025) l was booked in for a CT scan and was seen well be for my allocated time. The team were very friendly and efficient so extremely delighted with the service. Let's hope this continues. Other comments : Obviously car parking is a problem and even more now with lost car parking for the new unit. Easier to get to from Byfleet and West Byfleet with bus and train servicing Woking. ( unlike St Peters).I decided to cycle and was dissapointed to learn no allocated cycle parking areas. I locked my bike against the builders wire mesh fencing. However a great local facility
Update on 30th December 2025. I am delighted to report that after another visit today the service remains absolutely first class. Once again seen ahead of time, a warm and helpful team on reception and the excellent CT scanning team. If this is an example what can be done by the NHS why can't we see more of it ? A big thanks to all, keep it up. KInd regardsTony

I got referred to Woking Community Hospital after calling 111. I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she was so helpful and reassuring, whilst helping me with my eye. She was a blonde lady working in the acute illness department.
