Great Campus! I want to express how much the university has improved over the past few decades, as per my observations from previous years. I'm truly happy that I've never had to experience some of the challenges that others may have faced, particularly when it comes to transferring from an external campus to the Main Campus Dumaguete. The process was incredibly smooth, and I must say, everyone from the external campus to the Main Campus was exceptionally humble and friendly. It really makes NORSU stand out as a fantastic university.
Let me share a bit about my personal journey. Moving from an external campus to the Main Campus Dumaguete was a worry-free process. Everything was incredibly smooth, and both the staff at the external campus and the Main Campus were not just humble, but also incredibly friendly. This has really made my time at the university enjoyable.
Speaking of which, I want to express my appreciation for the university as a whole. It's been a fantastic journey, and I only have one small suggestion. I sincerely hope that the university can focus on enhancing the facilities and ensuring there are enough instructors in each external or main campus. My personal experience at the Bais Campus, where I am currently pursuing my Bs in Information Technology degree, wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped. Unfortunately, our instructor had to resign unexpectedly, causing quite a disruption. This was especially challenging since the subject was a major one, and it took nearly half a semester before a replacement was found. I believe a more robust instructor presence, with perhaps more than just 2-5 instructors per subject, would be immensely beneficial. It would certainly help prevent major disruptions to students' learning journeys, like what I experienced.
But let me reiterate, despite this specific situation, my overall impression of NORSU is extremely positive. It's truly a great campus, and I am grateful for all the improvements that have been made. Thank you for your continuous efforts to provide a better learning environment for all of us students.
