The Omni Nashville is a beautiful hotel with a very elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and glam, with cozy seating areas and a warm fireplace, a perfect place to relax or have a drink. The bar area is lively yet comfortable, ideal for unwinding after a long day of touring the city.

The location is perfectly located within walking distance to the Country Hall of Fame and other great sites to see!

I appreciated the complimentary cold water bottles at the front desk given throughout our stay. The valet team was also outstanding, even with a massive wedding going on, causing a really long line of cars. They were professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They prioritized hotel guests and helped us quickly when we were in a time crunch.

Our room was comfortable and had a nice view, but I was surprised to see a traditional shower curtain instead of a glass enclosure, especially at over $600 a night. For a 5-star property with Omni’s reputation, I would expect more updated bathroom features to match the luxury standard elsewhere in the hotel.

Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service and atmosphere. I'm just hoping to see some room upgrades soon to make it truly 5-star across the board.

We stayed at the Nashville omni for 3 nights. Our room overlooked the city and was beautiful. Very clean. From valet parking attendant, front desk attendant to bell hops could not have been any nicer or helpful. They were the best! The coffee shop in the hotel really took care of us each morning. We ate one evening at the Bob's steak and chop house on the premises. Our waitress, Ashley was the best. We got the Maryland crab cakes and a ribeye both delicious. We also ate at the Barlines (a pub) on premises which was good. There was not a single complaint about this Omni. As for sites and things to do. We bought a 2 day pass for the trolley/ hop on and off to get a feel of the area.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Omni in Nashville. Valet staff was quick, kind and efficient. Hotel concierge staff were attentive and helpful. The property grounds were clean and well kept. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We look forward to returning when in Nashville, visiting again.
