Great location, very close to the Mall of Asia. It’s a bit far from Makati and downtown, but perfect if you plan to stay around the MOA area.

The rooms are very clean, and the furniture is new and in good condition. We had a beautiful beach view, which was a real highlight of our stay.

The air conditioning and the shower were excellent, which is not always easy to find in the Philippines. Both worked perfectly and made the stay very comfortable.

Breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options. The coffee was good, and there were plenty of fresh fruits available as well.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful.

The hotel also has a nice pool and a well-equipped gym, which was a big plus.

Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night as a layover before traveling to another city in the Philippines, and I can honestly say the level of service was exceptional—truly high class. Everything felt top-level from the moment I arrived.

Yes, the price is a bit higher compared to other places, but it’s absolutely worth it for what you get. The breakfast was amazing and was included in the price we paid, which made it even better. There are always staff members around, genuinely eager to help, and that alone makes this place stand out.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was very nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also really appreciated that there is a designated workspace area, which is perfect for professionals and entrepreneurs like myself. This thoughtful touch makes the hotel even more appealing.

I highly recommend this place, and I truly hope I’ll have the chance to return one day to enjoy the facilities again and, most of all, the kindness of the wonderful staff. Thank you.

We stayed at Lanson Place Mall of Asia for one night (Friday–Saturday). We arrived around 3:08 PM and were greeted by a long line of guests checking in. Only three counters were open at that time, so we ended up waiting around 35 minutes before it was our turn. Just when we were next in line, a fourth counter opened.

On the positive side, the staff informed me that our room had been upgraded to a 1-Bedroom Suite — a really nice surprise. Thank you, Lanson Place, for the complimentary upgrade!

Not a complaint, but a suggestion: It might help to monitor the check-in queue better, especially during peak hours. Most guests arrive tired and carrying luggage, so standing in line for a long time can be exhausting. Maybe consider implementing a queue number system so guests can sit and wait comfortably instead of crowding the lobby.

    About the room:
The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was really soft and relaxing. They provide filtered water through the faucet, so you can drink straight from it. For those who prefer bottled/distilled water, there’s a 7-Eleven right across the building, and SM Supermarket is also nearby. Hotel slippers, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo were all provided.

    Breakfast:
The breakfast buffet had the usual continental and Filipino breakfast selections you’d expect. They also had taho, which was a nice touch. I just personally hoped for champorado, but that’s more of a preference than a complaint. Located at the 3rd floor.

    Check-out:
Check-out was quick and seamless, no issues at all. Parking is available inside the building, but it’s first-come, first-served, so plan accordingly.

Overall, Lanson Place is a great and comfortable place to stay, especially with its location near MOA and the bay area. Just hoping they continue improving the check-in experience to make the arrival process smoother for guests. Would still recommend!

Thank you and will definitely comeback!
