One of the largest rooms we got within 2 months of traveling through the Philippines. We arrived by bus from Vigan City and they dropped us off just in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff, tiled clean rooms with a spacious bathroom. Two rails to hang your clothes, corner room 512 had a nice view and there is a 7-eleven next door. Water pressure is good and they have a bucket if you don’t mind cooler water. Cotton towels and sheets (slightly stained though). A restaurant on the ground floor – if you are tired of fried food you can also get some California Rolls at Hotchick Sushi 5 mins walk. TV, A/C and proper Wifi. Tricycle to the airport of Laoag is 200PHP.

It is found at the heart of Laoag – good access to basic needs since there is an in house restaurant and restaurants all over the place. The 7-11 downstairs made it very convenient to grab needs for vacation. Pick rooms ending in 6 and 7 so you'd get a spot where you can watch and timelapse sunrise.

PROS:
Quiet
Wide and nice big sized room at a reasonably affordable price.
Clean toilet, beds and sheets.
It's only a short walking distance to town for about 300-400m far.
With a restaurant inside the hotel serving breakfast(Filipino food)
Staff are very accommodating
There's a 7/11 next to it, I didn't need to worry to buy some groceries. 😃
CONS:
Though it's a big room, they haven't provided a table and chairs for the guests to eat meals inside.
There were some mosquitoes. To the management, please close the windows after you clean the room and put some mosquito spray, they're hiding specifically at the curtain.
No WiFi repeaters so don't expect to have a connection in the rooms, only at the lobby.
Overall, I had a good stay here and will definitely recommend it to everybody.
