A diverse range of shows on offer here, which I would think will appeal to a wide range of people. Tidy modern interiors and a good view of the stage (even from the relatively cheap seats) give a more intimate feel to the performances than you might otherwise expect.

Return visit, and the staff were especially helpful and accommodating to the needs of our group. Definitely an experience we would want to repeat.
Plentiful parking in the adjacent Northgate Car Park.

This is such a lovely theatre. You have the main theatre and just across from it is the smaller Minerva theatre. Both are hexagon shape and tiered on each level. There's plenty of parking (although you have to pay to park even in the evening). There's toilets and snacks and cafes. The staff are always friendly. Also it's just next to Oakland's park if you're coming with kids.

We also came for the SEN Santas grotto which was amazing. They checked about noise levels and needs. My son had the whole grotto to himself which has interactive things and Santa was amazing. Would highly recommend.

A truly amazing place to visit and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful making sure that we had everything we needed and making sure we knew where our seats were. The lady selling the ice cream was incredibly friendly as well and served us very quickly. The whole front of house team were amazing including the lovely lady that got us out tickets.

The production itself was truly magical and amazing.
