Cityhall is open from 8am until 7pm from mondays to thursdays only. There are no works on fridays, saturdays and sundays. Friendly employees are very courteous on clients and you can do your transactions in just a snap. They have air-conditioned lounges for waiting clients.

The city hall is a simple but historic edifice, the main door is a delicately hand carved and showing the history of san fernando. Accross the road just in front and a few steps away is the Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Ferdinand and to her left is the old historic Baluyot bridge.
