We stayed at Long Lake Inn in Nanaimo for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room Monique recommended for us was excellent, with a beautiful lake view and a very peaceful atmosphere. It made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
We especially want to thank Monique for her kindness and professionalism during our reservation. She was very warm and helpful, and it truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her on the team.
Because of the calm environment and the great service, we would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future.

This is without a doubt my favourite place to stay when in Nanaimo. Quiet, comfy beds and pillows, upgraded, and a wonderful view over the lake. We especially love that they are pet-friendly, with enough perimeter green space for short walks, and close enough to a longer trail that partially goes around the lake. Great sunrises.

We stayed at the Inn on Long Lake in October for one week. The staff are truly amazing; very friendly and accommodating. We had a one bedroom suite, and it was spacious and perfect for our needs. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had, aside from my own. Our view over the lake was beautiful. The breakfast was great as was the attendant working there. She was so friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated, however I would still rate it a five star for comfort. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our son and his wife.
