The college does not understand the urgency of students. My final grades were posted on last week of December, but it has been over a month and we still have not received our completion letters or official transcripts.
Students put their jobs on hold so they can apply for their work permits as soon as possible, but delays like this affect our income and future plans. The website says documents are issued within four weeks, but it has already been more than five weeks.
For students, this is a serious matter, but the administration does not seem to treat it with urgency. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely no understanding in critical situations. When students face real emergencies, the college responds with cold bureaucracy, delays, and zero empathy. Support systems feel fake and useless. Students are treated like numbers, not humans. Deeply disappointing and unacceptable for an educational institution.

Very frustrating experience. It has been more than a month since grades were released and we still haven’t received completion letters and students need these documents for their work permit application. The college shows little concern for students’s urgent situation
