I recently came across a TikTok video highlighting the incredible service provided by a member of your staff who went out of his way to prepare a beautiful Sehri meal for a guest at 4:45 am. Seeing such genuine kindness and dedication to guest needs is truly heartwarming. It’s clear that your team goes the extra mile to ensure everyone feels supported and respected, regardless of the time. It is rare to see this level of commitment, and it speaks volumes about the culture you’ve built at your hotel. Big respect to the staff member involved, he is a massive asset to your hotel. I haven’t stayed at this hotel but saw a video of a staff member sorting out suhoor for a Muslim guest and I just thought that was the most wholesome thing ever!! That interaction alone has shown me that the staff are extremely friendly and provide amazing customer service. I really hope that specific gentleman gets some sort of recognition or reward. As a Muslim myself this made me really happy 🙂

An amazing hotel that truly goes above and beyond for its guests. I recently saw a TikTok video of the staff providing Suhoor for a Muslim guest during Ramadan — a wonderful example of genuine inclusivity and care.
