Our first time to Cloud 23 and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had afternoon tea and cocktails the Vimtini was our favourite absolutely delicious. The presentation was amazing and the service fast and friendly. We went for a birthday occasion and they provided a free glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. The views overlooking Manchester were amazing and I would highly recommend going.

Had an incredible time with my twin brother and two best friends today. The service was excellent – the waiters and waitresses were always on hand, ready to provide more milk for our tea, and ask for additional drink requests.
It was my + my brother’s birthday, and so I requested for my free birthday drink – but asked whether a non-alcoholic version could be given. The Cloud23 mixologist made a delicious elderflower spritz, which looked impeccable and tasted amazing. Our earl grey tea was of great value and tasted very fresh, due to straining real tea leaves. Our carrot cake was delicious and fluffy, with a light cream cheese Italian buttercream? frosting. So much more delicious than standard buttercream! The cocktail was also very well presented, and tasted great.
The ambience was lovely – the views outside were impeccable, and the staff created a relaxed, cheerful and vibey atmosphere. We couldn’t have been happier with our visit. We will definitely come again!

The atmosphere is unreal and the service is excellent. The highlight for us was the panoramic view city views of Manchester.
Food was very good, drinks were great, and the staff were extremely polite and professional. Everything was at a very high level. Highly recommended.
